Welcome to MaadetLB, a listings platform for renting and selling heavy machinery, spare parts and attachments in Lebanon. By using the website or creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. What MaadetLB does

MaadetLB is only a listings platform. We do not sell, rent or own any machine or part shown on the site, and we are not a party to any agreement between a seller and a buyer or an owner and a renter. Payment, delivery, inspection and any warranty are arranged directly between them, at their own responsibility.

2. Your account

The information you give must be true, including your phone number and company name.
You are responsible for everything posted from your account and for keeping your password safe.
We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms or is used for fraud.

3. Listings

Only list machines and parts you own or are allowed to sell or rent out.
Photos, price, specifications and condition must be accurate and not misleading. Mention known faults.
Stolen or illegal goods, duplicate listings and offensive content are not allowed.
Every listing is reviewed before it goes online. We may refuse or remove any listing without notice, including old or sold listings.
When your machine is sold or rented, update or delete the listing.

4. Buyers and renters

Inspect the machine in person and check the documents (ownership, customs, serial number) before paying.
Never send a deposit to someone you have not met together with the machine.
If a listing looks suspicious, use the "Report this listing" button.

5. Liability

We do our best to review listings, but we do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, that any machine is in a given condition, or that any user will keep their word. To the extent the law allows, MaadetLB is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from dealings between users or from using the website.

6. Your content

Photos and text you post remain yours. You allow MaadetLB to show them on the website and in shared links for as long as the listing is online.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Using the website after a change means you accept the new terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
